The Sallisaw Youth League Girls Softball Association will be having a coaches meeting on February 23rd at the OSU County Extension Building next to the rodeo grounds at 6:30 p.m. Age groups will be 6-under, 8-under coach pitch, 10-under machine pitch and 12-under GFP. The Sallisaw Youth League Girls Fastpitch Softball Association will be having sign-ups for the upcoming summer league. Sign-ups will be February 2nd and also February 16th at the Sallisaw Youth League Building (2 doors west of Sallisaw City Hall) from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Age divisions are: 6-under coach pitch 8-u (CP), 10-u (Machine pitch), 12-u GFP. The cut-off date is December 31st. The age a girl is on January 1, 2010 is the age division she can play in. Each girl is required to pay $40.00 (6-under $30) to join the Youth League. If your girl is already on a team, she does not need to sign-up. Signing up does not guarantee your child will be placed on a team. For more information call Paul Marshall at 918-774-0664. |
